Sorry you are having issues with your order. We strive to have the best possible experience for the customer.

Returns

If you believe you have been sent the wrong items, or have issues with the product sent to you. Please email us via the above email and we will get back to you.

Be sure to include photos of the issue/s, your best contact details, and your order / invoice number. This helps us sort it out as quickly as possible.

Shipping

If you have had issues with shipping, including:
– Lost in Transit
– Damaged Product
– Incorrect Delivery Address

Please contact us ASAP with images of damage if relevant.

Refunds

If you have been given a refund but the funds have not made it to you, please check with your bank.
If it has been more than 5 business days since the refund was processed please contact us.
