The Café
At the café you’ll find the farmers market, roasting room and gift shop for those who missed out.
You’ll be treated to our amazing coffee and treats from the cafe. The local jams and relishes from the farmers market pair perfectly with the dishes on the menu.

The Farmers Market
Mareeba region is the fruit bowl of the Far North with an array of fruit, veg & herbs picked and packed ready to be eaten.
Let the coffee brew whilst you browse the Farmers Market’s fresh fruit, dried fruit, pickled fruit, fruit jams & much more sourced from local growers direct from them to you.
The team at Tichum Creek grow more than just amazing coffee, they also produce a wide range of fruit. This, and a bounty of other fresh & dried fruit, vegies, jams and more sourced from the local farmers around Mareeba, can be found at the Farmers Market.

The Roasting Room
There is definitely an art to creating coffee blends and flavoured coffee. The team at Tichum Creek Coffee are fine tuning their diversity, so far there are 4 regular blends and 10 flavoured coffee blends – but just like any great coffee connoisseurs we are constantly experimenting in The Roasting Room to create more aromatic blends…
You can see where the magic happens for yourself at the Café. The Roasting Room is open for viewing during café opening hours and if you’re lucky you may even get to see the team at work.
Grown, Farmed & Roasted with love
From our strongest coffee, the Dark Roast with a robust Italian style. To the Medium Roast with a more mild flavour, medium body with a hint of chocolatey flavours. And a couple blends in between, we are sure that we will have something to suit your taste.
For the more curious coffee connoisseurs, or for those looking for a new taste. The Flavoured Coffee blends are a delicious alternative to the daily dose of caffeine. With all the usual favourites from rich buttery French Vanilla to the smooth & creamy flavour of the Chocolate Macadamia.
